给Q22补充个CJ联盟广告主reactivated的邮件

之前在Q22：收到Deactivated Advertiser Notification邮件是被广告主K了吗？一文中提到，这类邮件只是CJ联盟好心提醒而已，而非你被广告主K了，也说到过这类情况经常没多久就会收到reactivated的邮件。今天刚好收到一个，就对Q22的文章补充一下。
